The company focuses on the design and construction of U.S Army projects in Central and South America, and the coordination of design phases and project deliverables. In addition, I played a role in adjusting budget proposals, execution plans, design control quality, and security & hazard analysis plans, working closely at all times with the project manager.

Country house 215 m2 + 80 m2 of roof terrace + 170 m2 private front and back yard.
Located 2 hours from the capital of Colombia, the house is a holiday property, away from the noise of the city. Located on a hill, the site challenged its construction. The design takes into account the hot and humid weather all year round, creating high ceilings and takes advantage of the breeze to ventilate naturally the internal areas, avoiding the use of AC. It opens towards the cooler facades to prevent overheating from sunlight during the day.
In this project, I was the head architect and project manager of its construction.
